Today I started reading Deuteronomy - the last Book of the Law - the 5th book in the Old Testament. At one time I found these books old, dry and crusty. However, as I dig into them I see so much that parallels my spiritual walk. I can say that I agree with the person that wrote Psalms 119. I love Ps. 119:174 " O LORD, I have longed for your salvation, and your law is my delight."

I take delight in the law because I know that Jesus Christ fulfilled all demands of the Law - He fulfilled the law! The penalty of sin has been paid by Him. Grace is a marvelous gift!
